For sleeping you have a first floor bedroom with a king bed and plantation shutters to allow the trade winds to flow. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and raised bathtub allowing ocean breezes and views for your enjoyment. Off the master bedroom you will find a sun porch/bedroom with a  queen bed. There is a bathroom on each floor with tiled shower. Other features include three TV’s, stereo with five disk cd changer,  fans in all rooms.

The first floor has the living room, dinning and kitchen with french doors opening to a covered veranda. The veranda leads to the stone patio. Moving from there, you walk under the pergola and into the thirty-five foot pool, after that, the mesmerizing view of the Caribbean.

Sunshine House

Even the belongers are in awe that it has existed since the early 70’s without their knowledge.

Sitting high on a bluff on the south side of the island your views begin to the southeast overlooking Cooper Jack Hill and the crystalline waters of the Caribbean. Follow the horizon to the west and the mystical Five Cays. From there your eyes continue on to the northwest and the sleepy settlement of the Five Cays where the evening lights reach across Discovery Bay to touch Sunshine House. Days are spent lazing around the pool marveling at the old world gardens. Sunshine Nursery was started on this hilltop. When the original owners moved the business to Grace Bay Road the gardens had to survive on their own. After much renovation of the gardens and the house, we are so proud to offer our little piece of Heaven for the most relaxing vacation you will ever experience in the  Turks and Caicos Islands.
